At the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to start a series on feelings based off the work of Dr. Chip Dodd’s book, “The Voice of the Heart".

On this page we’ve listed all the episodes so you can find and share them easily. We recommend you listen (or watch!) each episode in order.

Shame

The feeling we run away from is a gift God’s trying to give us.

On this week’s episode we unpack why shame is actually a blessing (something that would previously been an anathema to our thinking), leads to a glorious gift and has two fairly horrible impairments. As a bonus: we breakdown an argument we had last week and show how shame played a role in it.
